Day 7 and Day 8

These are your 7th and 8th days of noticing judgments. Today, concentrate on what other peoples' actions are and what they make you feel. You can journal the action and effect process (where you judge someone for their actions and as a result you change your own actions based on these judgments). If you want to journal  for today and tomorrow, then feel free to send it in to share on this website at noticingjudgments@gmail.com or just keep it for yourself.

What Someone Says or Does

Notice if you judge someone based on something that they say or do. If you make a negative judgment about the person try to be aware that they are not "stupid" just because they are messing around with a friend (for example). We determine who we like or dislike based on the actions that they take, the things that they do, or the things that they say, when we should really find out who they are inside before we judge them on what they do or say.
