Day 3 and Day 4

These are the third and fourth days of noticing judgments. Today there is an actual topic to focus on. Notice all you can about this topic, but also notice any/all other judgments that you make. If you want to keep a diary of the judgments you noticed today, then feel free to send it in to share on this website at noticingjudgments@gmail.com or just keep it for yourself.

Body Size

Notice when you judge people based on body size. This can be considered as prejudice against obesity or being overly skinny. It can also be a specific part of the persons body that you judge, not necessarily the entire body. People strive to obtain the "perfect body size" in many ways. When we judge people, they can usually tell by the way we look at them. People can interpret these looks not as "they are so skinny," but as "they are so fat" which then continues the cycle.
