The 18 Days

After you take the pledge to notice your judgments, there is a 18 day program where you can zoom in on specific types of judgments. Immediately after you take the pledge, you can begin to do your own personal 18 days of noticing judgments. Under the 18 days tab there are nine sub tabs, one for every two days. When you go to one of these sub tabs, it will tell you specifically what to look for in your own judgments those days. There is also a link for each day that has information on judgments relating to that day.

If you want to, I would recommend that you create a special journal/log to write down all the judgments that you noticed. Each day you can journal about the topic. If you want to share your thoughts, you can email some of your entries to noticingjudgments@gmail.com, but feel free to keep them private. It you would like to share your thoughts but remain anonymous, please indicate this in your email.
